Sea side 2 restaurant - Pattaya

This place is the bargain of the century, it's on soi Chayapool, between 3rd road and soi Beukeaw, so this afternoon the cap, marmite, xzyte and myself decided to grace them with our prescence.

They got an aircon section that has the ambiance of a welfare office and then the open smoking section and of course out on the street seating, obviously we sat out on the street so we could admire the passing young ladies and also look at my car.

Obviously we realised at that stage that marmite would be causing problems, it seems some people go through life getting things they didn't order and it is a constant uphill battle for these types of people, It started in the early afternoon at another bar when marmite ordered a iced coffee several times in english and thai, still hot coffee is quite nice I think and really don't understand what he was whinging about, anyway obviously this bar didn't get any tips and I also stole the caps tip that he left, plus I stole all the foriegn coins he left on the table

Anyway here is a nice pic of the open smoking section.

With the prices this place charges obviously they don't stretch to nice linen table cloths and I have to admit that I am quite used to floor lino being used to cover the tables.

Anyway as I was the only normal one there I shall start with my meal, yep the old roast chicken etc for a paltry 95baht, I have to admit I was going to splash out the extra 15baht and have the roast beef but I really wasn't that hungry so early in the day, I might add that both the cap and marmers had that aswell but they ate all theirs.

I suppose we should mention marmites dessert, well he decided to have ice cream and custard, I mean not that this was on the menu or anything but that is what he wanted, I assume that's why people like him have an uphill battle in daily life, obviously the young sexy lady who was serving us had absolutely no idea at all what he wanted as probably no one in the whole wide world apart from marmite eats custard and ice cream together, anyway first up was a bowl with 6 scoops of ice cream, that was obviously sent back, next up was a bowl of custard, that was sent back, and then it arrived, marmers was as happy as a pig in shite, and I even got the picture

Hmmmm, should we talk about xzyte, I really believe that he is an American, anyway he started off with the porkchop and chips, and a cheese burger, the cheeseburgers were so good he ordered 2 more, luckily by this time it was time for us to go to get marmers in his cab and we forcibly dragged xzyte away from the table

YEP. The dog also got some pics of me teaching a nice young lady to pole dance down at Soi Yodsak last night as well but if you want to see them you will have to ask him.
    Happy New Year Memock.

Pleased to see they have improved. Used to be a great value for money restaurant. But when I was in Pattaya last year the food was crap at this place. Everything microwaved, even the fish & chips & breakfasts had been cooked well in advance. humpty.
