You have to remember that you are dealing with people that have no self respect or pride, they are all just a bunch of dis-organized beggars and bums and will do anything, even pimp their children for a little bit of money, so what do you expect them to do.
We are not natives to this place and so do not understand what we are dealing with, very hard for us to understand the type we are dealing with if we have seen or believe what is advertised and said of them and their imaginary culture or anything you read or hear about this country from Tourist promotional material.

a couple of bikes T-boned my car last year, 3 bodies on the ground in front of my car, I literally could not drive away (unless I drove over them)
