And in California they have places called Car Spa's ( Yeah its a California thing). But a few had full on bars and of course those places had 10 TV's showing everything with good food options. Hell you could stay there all day. Price wasn't cheap though. A basic car wash was like $50+ including a modest tip but you include some food and a few drinks while you waited you could be out a "C" note in no time.

    Ouch.

I had a haircut at a new barber last night and was a bit put out when he wanted $6... until I remembered it was $6 and last time I went to a barber in Australia I had to pay $60.

Crazy I know. Same in the states. Even those quickie hair cuts places like supercuts, Schroeders etc are pushing $40+. A good barber is $50 to $60. Up here is 80 to 100 baht with a tip (so about $2 to $3) and always includes a hair wash.

Monday it is. Always something going on around here

While no pics, Trimmed all the fruit trees this weekend and got the chipper out and added to the mulch pit

Finally finished the power plug for the trailer lights.

The group of guys I ride with were up in the Tak area riding in their Z force side by sides. I wasn't able to meet up with them but got lots of vids updates. Muddy fun and a good time out in the mountains.

Why are they called "side by sides"?

Hey hey Ootai. They call them side by sides as the passengers sit next to the driver versus an ATV where the passenger sits behind the driver.. The Z force 950 is a really nice ride and quite fun. Just need a gimbaled drink holder.

Did a little google maps earth research and found some roads that head way back up into the mountains. So off I went on the ATV

The country is so nice. I could ride for a long time. to stop and grab some water is quite relaxing. I met up with a farmer with a herd of cows. I stopped not to spook them. He spoke very good English. We sat and talked a bit. These folks live way off the grid. There are no power lines or lights. I want to make a ride up here at night.

    Vids of the ride

Just riding along. The roads up here are pretty much endless.

Vid as I zipped along. Will head back this way in a few days with a full tank of gas and some lunch.
