I am going to weld on 4 wheels to this steel old cart for my wife for her gardening stuff. I know welding isn't anything you have any concept on how to do, but its OK. Its a bit hot right now, so I am enjoying a bevvy watching a movie with my feet up.

Btw, they found that young gal.. Pretty much where I told them they would. Sad but life.

In case you were curious and wanted to know what I had for lunch.....









Got out some pasta, sundried tomatoes and some Pesto and grilled up some spicy italian sausage. Pulled up a chair and enjoyed some grub while the wife was in the city with her niece.


What did you do today Tax...... Tea and Biscuits, curtain twitching and some meds with your slippers on all day in your Robe?

yes stumpy, you are correct, i am unable to weld in the same way as you are unable to surgically remove an impacted wisdom tooth in a mandible and close the incision with half a dozen perfectly placed sutures.

we all have our skills, and when we are in need of those skills we dont have, we seek the help of someone who does.

if we could all do everything, then nobody would have a job.


p.s. but even a 5 year old can dig a ditch!

I gotta say Tax, I know how to use a high speed dremel tool and have ground tight tolerance items under a microscope at 100X. I bet I could pull that off. As for sutures, that's children play. Its just like sewing and I think if you have sewed on a button or a hole in your pants, you could sew up a open wound. I have stitched up my own hand, a 7 stitch deal. Its not that hard. Just gotta know how to tie that knot at the end so it doesn't come loose.

But again to your point, we can't do everything. You could learn how to weld once you knew the difference between a chainsaw and a welder.

well stumpy, a high speed dremel tool, or even a high speed dental drill of any kind would the last thing of use for the procedure i mentioned.
.... and childs play it isnt, you would need anatomical knowledge and the ability to read x rays and scans, you would also need to be able to identify and avoid damaging nerve tissue, blood vessels and glandular tissue and to be able to distinguish cortical bone from cancellous bone and of course the pharmacoligal knowledge necessary to administer adequate and safe anaesthesia bearing in mind the medical history of the patient.

....... but of course i'm sure you knew all that already.

So are you a dental surgeon Tax? serious question. There seems to be a lot of questions by a handful that you aren't or that you have said you are not, then stated you are. If you are, hats off to ya. I couldn't imagine staring into peoples stinking mouths for a living, especially the English where dental hygiene isn't high on the list of things to keep up. They can sure keep a shaved head nice though. Priorities I guess

I know...its just flowers. But this plant has never flowered and this year I guess it decided to . Interesting what birds flock to enjoying it.











I extended my lawn sprinkler system. During the dry season this area gets torched. so I added a new head, fab'd up a PVC guard and test run works great.

After lunch I am off on a mountain ATV ride.

So as I track my activity level on my Samsung watch and phone, I find the data telling.




So for 25 days I was in Chonburi, lodging in Pattaya. While I still took walks and jogs in the morning every day, did some gym time and walked around the factory etc, the data after a week home tells the tale. This is why I love living where I do. I stay extremely active and that equates to better physical and mental health. I sure enjoy these health apps and information they provide. I gained 3 kgs while stuck in Pattaya for 25 days. 8 days home I lost almost all of it.

So I getz back and day 1 is organizing contractors then onto the blower to Pocahontas in the evo. Park girl that I met running before giving Covid to on our first park-date around 2 years. It never put her off in fairness, respecto!!

So the next morning was a ride out to Doi Intha then the new reno project and back to mine.
