Belated thanks

G'day guys,

I just wanted to say hello and thanks for all of the info you’ve thrown out here. I managed to head up to Bangkok for part of September and October, and when your advice was followed, I had a brilliant time! When things did go a bit pear shaped though, between some great mates from the UK and States, and some new friends from Thailand, I managed to get everything sorted.

I had such a good time that I decided to come over for work next year (some time in February) but I’m looking to head back early for a bit of a holiday as well. Anyway, I’ll save the odd question on where to find a flat and travel suggestions for the other forums, and if I can piece together enough of my trip last month, I’ll try to post some first impressions (guess the Captains lounge would be the place for that?).

Hi Marmite, yeah, I can throw it in there instead, but other than Bangkok, the only travel was down to a Muay Thai camp in Pattaya (great if you can convince anyone that you really are there just to box :-) )

Hi hillbilly, I would love to post some of the photos from the camp but that one memory card is playing up (ie pictures are stuffed ). But don't worry, I'll be visiting a boxing camp or two before I start working again, and will be sure to take some photos to throw up on the board.
