How to pause weekly emails?

Hi all, I am going on holiday soon (to Thailand, of course) and I want to know how to press pause on the "This week on at TeakDoor" emails while I am away. Not that I won't be interested, but I don't want my mailbox overflowing while I'm gone.

User Cp, Edit Options, scroll down and uncheck the box "Receive Email from Administrators".

You can find the weekly email here every week as well.
