The one I am using is World Clock because you can save your list of cities and access them later. The site isn't too developed but i like that feature.

Start here first - it uses colour and should make it easy for you.

Once you have that mastered then we'll move on to the big hand and the little hand.

If you use Firefox, use foxclocks. You can select several times to be constantly displayed at the bottom of your browser window. Very useful and unobtrusive.

Just used that earlier this morning myself actually.

Has a very handy 'Meeting Planner' feature as well; you can set the different locations and it gives a table of times and dates so you can set a meeting at the most convenient time.

heres the one I use if I needed it but there is just so many time zones that have interest to me and they are easy to remember how much difference there is from my time of GMT + 7.

GMT: Greenwich Mean Time - World Time / Time in every Time Zone

Time is easy for me. Miami Florida time exactly 12 hour difference. Day time here. Night time there. Being numerically challenged, further computations are beyond me.
