"welcome and what's your connection to Thailand?"

My connection to Thailand is long ranging.
I was here in Thailand, first time, in 1971.

I have visited Thailand, off and on, for many years.

In total, I have lived in Thailand for over eleven years.

I have lived in Asia for over 45 years.

Also, my favorite food is Jasmine Rice.

Basically, the principal reason I am now living in Thailand is to eat Jasmine Rice more cheaply.

Of course, I do know that in India they are trying to "copy" jasmine rice...

But, it's really not the same stuff.

I live on jasmine rice, plus some other doodads like omelets and tuna, and chicken breasts.

My passa Thai is OK, but not too great, either.

I have very little affinity for Thai roosters.

But, I like the cats around here, unless they are in heat.

I could write much more...but....then....

I would probably need to wait until next year to see this comment published...

Sadly, ain't gonna happen. The only person who had the ability to waive the postcount or the time limit was the owner/admin.
