    Hello to everybody

    Hello,
I am new here, my name is Bernard, I am 63 years young, from Belgium and I am living in Sriracha-Chonburi since 14.12.2003.

I've been working here for a while and will soon retire in the Loei province where my wife owns some land. My new job will be farming (tapping rubber trees, planting pineapple and other fruit, growing rice...)
I found this website accidentally as I need to buy a dirt bike. I think I will go for a Lifan cross, a KLX 250 is far too expensive for what it is!
In the rainy season my pick up won't make it in the quite steep dirt roads to get home.
    Cheers,

    Bernard

Welcome. Hope you have a thick skin. If so jump in, the waters fine apart from some sharks and crocodiles.

If you need advice about tapping rubber trees I believe Jamescollister is the one to ask.

    A properly introduced newbie -
Don't receive much of this activity any more.

Usually newbs manifest in the omnipresence of the cycled mutiniks and whatnot. And yet, one can view who's on board and viewing [members and guests] daily.....and there are hundreds of unregistered guests taking in this fine venue.

We certainly could use more than a handful of fresh faces and opinions, as the circle of commentary is becoming most redundant and predictable.

Remembering a time back when in the good old days that TD was abound with new members left and right fashionably contributing. Dwindled a bit, hasn't it.

Welcome through the halls of teak, Bernard!
Don't be hesitant of this crowd - their bark is worse than their bite.
Hope to be seeing your contributions!!

    Cheers...

    Yet, goats produce better cheese.
    Ever sampled Kwai cheese?
