Mercs made before 1995 are the best, totaly over engineed and built to last, fantastic motors. After 95 their build quality suffered, pieces of shit.

I'll agree that 994's are a total girlies motor but there are some bloody fine Mercs to be found if you know what to look for.

The clue is in the thread title, I have owned a Cosworth and so that was the car I posted.
Back when it was released it was one of the the sexiest car out their.

Ok TM.....I know you have been waiting...

Here is my first ride, this black steed used to pull a lot of chicks..

Then as I matured, i could handle this big solid silver stallion and he also pulled a few chicks...

Then this ride and note the flash digs behind it, managed to pull me several hippy types right in there under that fancy roof. Hairy legs and armpits are not so bad....and one surfy chick was impressed while her boyfriend slept in their tent next door....

Then this ride pulled a lovely redhead...

This one only managed to catch me some old cows...dunno why, oozed character and charm..

This beast got me several nationalities....including Oz, Singapore, Pom and Swedish...

here's a couple ....

and a couple more...

This truck got so many nationalities in, that it was off the charts...

But by far...this got me the most, including a nice little 21yo septic...especially when I put the for sale sticker on the back with my mobile phone number...

Pfhew! Had to go through several boxes full of pics to find a few of this one: My Silver Bathtub. A Porsche 356 A speedster 1956, 1600 S. Not original: the orange indicator lights (should be white), its side mirrors , the seats as they were gone and it had a repaint. The most attractive part to women was the little vase with the plastic flowers.... as bees! Ended up in the hands of a friend and he refuses to give it back!
