    Bike Week and Bike Shows

Does anyone know when and where the next bike Week/Show is? Thanks for any help. WHen was or is the Phukett bike week and isn't there one in Chiang Mai later in the year?

Don't they just have the bikes in with the car shows?

Anyway, here's MrsQ's new bike. Nice!

Chiang Mai Bike week is usually early Dec. Phuket BW was in April during songkhran week.

Check the Ride Thailand website for dates of other bike weeks and events.
The last few years a few events have popped up like Ubon BW, Sa Kaew BW etc.

The sun does shine in England sometimes so I decided to treat the family to a run out to a bike show.

Not too many of these about.

I have always wanted one like this - sadly another unfulfilled ambition I think. I wonder if I broke one down if I could get it through customs in my luggage.

I had a friend who had an older version of this with a twin port head and solid rear. You didn't need a rev counter as you could count the strokes on your fingers.

    Lord, deliver us from e-mail.

Look in the back ground and you can see a 6 cylinder Honda that I featured on the car thread a long time ago.

Since I fucked that all up, I made a call.
You can go to Ride Thailand but the dates are for last years "Bike Weeks" In my conversation it was mentioned that There may not be any bike weeks this year because, "they don't make money." This is the opinon of one man and is in no way meant to be a definitive statement of policy. BUT if they are scheduled they should be posted on the above website.

For CM bike week they did one about 4 years ago, organised by the guy that owns the POrn PIng hotel. organisation was terrific, it was a really great event, then those wankers at the North comets thought they could do better. What a fucking shambles that one was, after that I couldn't be bothered going again. They don't make money only because they couldn't organise a piss up inside a brewery. The one at Udon this year wasn't too bad except the emphasis is on posing rather than riding.

Thanks for the invite, but I'm not really into bikes.

Do they have any classic cars there?
