I remember those from my youth. There were not many about the place then and I haven't seen one in decades. They looked like the love child of a Triumph Spitfire and some winged American harridan.

    Fvcked it up again, dufus.

btw...I just put up a link with some really good pics of the car, and then realised tax had already put it up.

I must do it more often, since it sparked such hilarity.

It looks like a Citroen van that was used to transport a former Southampton player around.

It's an Austin 702 7-ton truck, first introduced in 1958.

^ That said, Google has photos of Austin trucks variously called FF, FK140, and FFK, which look very similar to the 702s above.

Looks to be more like a 1958-64 Austin 4-60F.

Has the vents either side of the Austin badge... buy grille is different.

    That's the second photo - 1968 possibly

    And the first one is?

Unusual little collection in the front yard of a Chanthaburi business, five nicely restored small pickups all mid-60s - early 70s. Unsure about their choices of wheels though.

Lineup featured two Mazda, Datsun, Toyota and the Daihatsu. At around 50yrs+ don't think there's too many survivors from that era, original colours maybe - the Toyota Hilux in gold
