    Slang Expression "Ow You"

Has anybody else heard this new slang expression "Ow You"?

Watching the flood news, the Govenor of Bangkok is heard to use it repeatedly when talking about how nam puum (floods) are not going to affect this neighborhood and that.

Translated to English it means "I can handle it".

Yes - "Able to take it". Although I am under the impression it is normal Thai, not slang.

5..4..3..2..1.. Onslaught of Thai linguists approaching to tell you that your are wrong!
