    Your Diet

    What do you eat?

I seem to keep functioning on:

Cheddar Cheese, krafy mayo, frito lay sandwiches.
    Mama noodles
    Tesco's doughnuts
    Strawberry icecream
    Copious quantities of Chang.
Multiple Gin & Tonics (with lime to stave off the scurvy)

Is this a healthy diet and if not, what side effects should I be expecting?

    Toast for Breaky
    Cheese sandwiches at work
Evening - Pasta, Indian vegetable curry or beans on toast cooked by myself, or some Thai food, fried rice, pumpkin curry, occasionally egg and chips made by the wife
Inbetween - crisps, bit of bread, Thai snacks et al...

Most mornings, Fruit and coffee before noon (partially from the old Fit For Life diet; not the coffee part, though.) Sometimes Frosted Mini Wheats and Fiber One with 0% milk.

Lunch, most anything but very little rice anymore, no more fried rice.

Dinner might be a tuna sandwich (switching to whole wheat bread, now) or a tuna salad.

Lots of water through out the day. Vitamins about every other day.

Alcohol once or twice a week. Normally Black Label and water. But if it's easier and/or if that's what everyone else is having, then I'll drink some beers.

Aside from the Frosted Mini Wheats, virtually no sugary foods these days. Maybe a small pinch of brown sugar if the only coffee is that Nescafe crap.

Moderate exercise, sometimes sexercise, to help keep the internal machinery functioning.

And cold water enemas with the bum squirter when it all doesn't want to come out as according to God's plan...

I'm into the rice and whatever dishes from 7/11 at the moment. Not bad actually and the meat is usually lean.

I cook most dinners, pasta, casseroles, stews, roasts, and barbecues, staying away from fried foods for a while. Coffee for breaky and then some kind of sandwich about 11 with some fruit.

My diet is always changing, thinking back over the past week it has been:

Lots of larp - beef or chiken.
    Soups
    Sweet and sour beef
    Steaks
    Beef salads
    yougurt
    cereal
    smoked chiken
    peanuts
    ham/chicken sandwiches
No grog at the moment but that will only last for a month or so.
    green cordial
    home made pizza
News is what someone, somewhere is trying to suppress - everything else is just advertising.

Mmm my favourite as well. Usually we only have it once a week but having the Thai inlaws over it is about every second day at the moment.
