A few years ago a doctor friend of mine told me about a survey of UK doctors over the age of 45 and seemingly 95% of them said they took low level aspirin everyday

    Listen to Uncle gjbkk children......

I take melatonin before and after long haul flights as it resets ones body clock and I don't get Jet Lag.....I also wear those special socks to prevent blood clots in my calf muscles.

Nothings any good though if the Plane crashes......

    Thumbs up

I began taking an aspirin a day after visiting with my friend a surgeon where on the b'fast table were placed a small bowl of Vitamin capsules (geriatric) and a small container of 90mg aspirin tablets. All the guests took one of each. I have been doing so for the last 15 years, the others longer. My two brothers-in-law, both doctors, do the same.
So far, so good... I hope. Will have to gather more data regarding morning vs night. Thanks for all the latest news on aspirin.:thanks:

BTW in CMai on Suthep Rd about 300 m from the Neimenheymann (sp) Rd junction, on the north side, is the CMai Univ Drug Store which offers its 60-yr-old-plus customers a 5% discount card for items purchased there. I have been going there for years.
