You can post food, weight loss amounts, exercise or tips or fellow posters. Post your goals. Keep it on topic folks. It seems from what I know from some people on here people want to get healthier or lose weight this year.

I'll start it off with my dinner tonight. I am starting a low carb, medium protein, no sugar lifestyle and trying to lose weight and inches and lower cholesterol and BP. My life depends on it I think. I also suffer from GERD which I want to get rid of.

Anyone can join, and post, but not to denigrate in a mean way. Those people will be ignored flat out.

I stayed on track with my calories and am starving, so here is tonight's dinner. I weigh in once a week and do my measurements once every few months. Only healthy stuff on this thread folks! We got this! Anyone else on the losing weight or health bandwagon?
