It's not easy keeping on top of one's health in lockdown, but now more than ever just as important.
I take one of each of these a day...
What about you?

What about you?
2 x 1000mg Omega 3 oil capsules
2 x 1000mg Vitamin C Effervescents (with 15mg Zinc)
1 x Multi Vitamin & Iron tablet
1 x Vitamin B Complex tablet
Every day.
Vitamins are a scam. If you eat a balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruit and veg you are getting all you need.
I take none. As above Vitamins are a marketing scam and what I have always found funny if you look at the RDA of multi vitamins why would people want to take 3 to 4x what is required. Just eat right.
For you people with cramps, walk more, stay hydrated and eat food with potassium and Vitamin B.
Well there is enough evidence to suggest that you are not correct.
In hospitals they are now giving patients Vitamin C IVs. for some cancers and infections.
There are now being studies on Vitamin D supplements in helping covid patients as it is believed it helps.
Have you had your Vitamin levels checked?
Magnesium every day is a must have. Even with a balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruit and veg I get muscle cramps without supplementation.
Protein powder. I could have a healthy meal but after the gym it's cheaper and quicker to neck a shake and get back to work.
Vitamin D if I'm working inside a lot/winter time.
Caffeine on a Monday morning.
Some people think it don't, but it be.
Cyrille I need a grammar check....
Supplement can be a noun or a verb...
...the suffix ation is used to turn a verb into a noun...common (mainly US) thing to do.
So why not use supplement instead of the horrible supplementation...?
Magnesium to ward off muscle cramps.
Yawn.
Why did the mods delete those posts?
They were on topic, respectful to each poster and led to a healthy discussion about the fruit and veg intake of Thai people, which is surely relevant to the forum. Yet we see shitfest after shiftest allowed to prosper elsewhere.
Absolutely ridiculous- again.
Potassium is good for this as well.
I take quite a bit of vitamins because I am on a pretty strict diet and don't get alot of stuff, like Calcium.
I take Calcium-Magnesium mix, Omega 3's, multi-vitamin, potassium. Been doing this for four months as it is part of a program I am doing where I've lost 30 pounds on it. It is low carb, no sugar, no dairy.. lots of protein and veggies.
Half an adult multivitamin and half an adult vitamin C for the Boys and the Adults.
That's it ... the SWIMBO takes a few other things, no idea what.
Oh ... I'm currently also taking a Probiotic and drink Filmjölk with Lactobacillus acidophilus (think thick drinking yogurt).
I was on anti-biotics for almost 9 months and that devastates your gut microbiota.

One tip for taking larger tablets.
Grab a glass of water, a straw, pop the tablet in your mouth and suck the water through the straw, goes down easy as.
The thicker straws seem to work better.
I had problems taking tablets till I, by chance did that ... swear by it now!
Just checked where our posts went because, as agreed, there were on topic and respectfull.

Appears a new thread started ... Do Thais eat enough fruit and vegetables? 5 a day and the like
It is, what it is ...
...Vitamin D (doctor's recommendation) daily as I avoid the sun like a vampire...all other vitamins and minerals come from a balanced diet...as they should...unless medical tests indicate otherwise, supplements are a waste of money (though they do enrich the urine)...I note here that the notoriously overpriced GNC is going out of business...
Majestically enthroned amid the vulgar herd
I have 4 either boiled, fried or scrambled eggs every morning along with my 1 meal a day normally in the evening.
Works for me.
I think my magnesium is a mineral but it is in beer.
A few of my running mates also take turmeric for its anti inflammatory properties. i think that is a herb?
