    ^ sorry, no can do. Damn near detached a retina doing fast calisthenics, now limit myself to the treadmill. @ 45min (5km) each day. Keeps my weight in check. Shoulders loaded with arthritis also limits me. Anyway, treadmill works the cardio. Do what you can do.
