I've had a good long look at that exercise bike today after last nights celebrations
Got on the scales in boxers at 85.6kg this morning:)
Now to replace those hour sessions with tougher half hour sessions and intervals soon.
Up to level 10 today at the summit:)

Just counted all those kms up and I've cycled the equivalent of Pattaya to Bangkok and back, in 12 days-344.9kms
It's been postponed due to morning sofa-itis.
Possible 8am start-time has been tentatively penciled in.

Se3 that bar at the bottom. That missing block(flashing actually) is me at the equivalent of Everest basecamp. A couple of sherpas come on the screen when you get 5o that stage with tin foil jackets:)
Joking aside....That is only on difficulty level 10 of a possible 40 at the height of that. Slowly gonna crank it up

Was 85.6kgs this morning with a morning glory, 86.5kgs before getting in bed last night. Funny how it variates.
Gonna do some bicycle sit ups in a minute and a spot of meditation

I can do about four minutes on a good day
They are overrated anyways in my humble opinion.
Plenty of other better core exercises to do.
I do press-ups, they get your core too - they get everything actually.
Pretty much the only strength exercise I do at present, but it's a daily occurence.
You gotta do press-ups in front of a mirror a few times to get the feeling of a braced core.
Seen far to many people at gyms with arses in the air, floppy midsections, or just plain dry-humping the ground.
Loads of good exercises in this for you Lu, especially dumbells and a Dirty DOG:)
