^It's possible for many, but not for me. I lost 20 pounds these last two months and just finished a 1.5 bike ride. :)
Never give up even during Covid. It doesn't take much to go out for a walk folks !

I went for a run today: 9.2km.
Getting a gut, so not a lot of working out going on.
Spent a month doing 300 press ups a day. Done. Very boring.
Will probably order a spinning bike tomorrow
^ There's always the 1,000 sit up challenge to try, Mandy.
And the 1,000 squat challenge to add a bit of spice.
Going out to buy a weights rack c/w barbell, free weights tomorrow. Tried doing bodyweight exercises with a backpack full of old books, etc this past week or so. Just doesn't feel right, tbh.
^ Where you gonna buy them from?
You can't even buy A4 paper out there
:)
^How's the exercise going, Dill?
^^Also going to buy free weights today. I went a week ago and they were out of stock, but heard the stock is in today.
Hardwood stores should be open, no? We have Canadian Tire which is like a hardware store which is seen as an essential service.
Going for a jog soon. It's far too sunny out to sit inside.
Another two hours of lung and thigh bursting cardio today.
Carn't beat a sunny cycle with no cars on the road:)
^^Good stuff, keep at it!!
^Awesome!
Today did an hour walk with my bro. Tried to calm his nerves down. The sun was so warm and the air so clean and crisp. :)
Bought the very last set of dumbells today in the store. They only had two 5lbs, but one ten pound weight which I also bought. It's going to be real fun using one 10lb weight to do chest flies. lol

Love those little 15 minute bike sessions.
Also 15 mins on the bag and 10 laps of the pool.
Feeling fresh

Also did 40 mins of Vinyasa type flow yoga. Sweat like crazy as it has been about six months since I've done this type of yoga. Best way to improve your strength and flexibility.

Before yoga, also did weights for arms and shoulders.
Got out late. 630am. Hot 29c. But got in a decent start to the day.Attachment 47561

An hour pratting around my new home workout setup for these self-isolating times
^Nice bike and home as well! How much did you pay for it?
Going out soon to walk, as it just stopped raining. :)
Yes, miles. I was fairly fit at the time. I couldn't do it now without walking some of it. It was 6 years ago so I can't remember the exact time it took but it would probably be at about 7m30s per mile pace so probably about 70 minutes. I'll see if I can find my old running log to see what it really was.
Edit: I see from this thread that 2 days after that earlier post, I posted that I ran 7 miles in 54 minutes, which is about 7m42s per mile. At that pace, my 10.9 mile run would be about 72m 22s.
Whoa! Shit just got serious. Weights rack arrived this weekend. Pleasantly surprised by the quality, tbh. (Bench is a bit lightweight, though). Just need a few more plate weights and we're good to go. :)
