    Miracle healthy shots thread!

My first shot on this thread I have been taking every morning religiously now for months on an empty stomach.

    Half a squeezed lemon
    Buxton Water
    1000mg of Vitamin C
    2 X Omega-3 1000mg capsules
1 x teaspoon of Chia seeds.

Buxton is a spa town in England and thus in theory Buxton water is bottled from the springs there.

    Similar concept to Evian

Hmmm. Buxton water is owned by Nestle and has a pH of 7.5. Interestingly (sic) is some semi-scientific tests (litmus paper) I did on waters available at 7-Eleven in Thailand Nestle had the highest pH.

Buxton is in Derbyshire UK the same area as Burton-on-Trent (40 miles-ish) where beer has been brewed for centuries. I.E more than 250 years for our American viewers. The aquafer water in Burton is influenced by its high exposure to gypsum. So it makes sense that Buxton water is similar.

Water for brewing can now with modern methods be "Burtonized" to make it the same as the original.

NB. AI was useless in telling me the difference between Buxton and Malvern water.
