You should leave it in a pot on the stove, covered of course. Add stuff too it. More chicken, stock, veggies, wine, beer, curry powder.
In about 7 days you will have a stunning well matured curry. It works on a sailboat while passage making and the watches don’t have time to fanny around with cordon bleu.
