Well, that's all I could come up with, and I kind of doubted they would be that sophisticated. You may have to fall back onto the tried and true sledgehammer.

You could go experimental and try asphyxiation with nitrogen gas. Ive seen a box rigged with some food, flooded with nitrogen gas. The animal eat the food, asphyxiated and collapsed... and in this particular experiment fell out the box, recovered and went back for more food in an endless cycle.

Its humain and more importantly its arguably the animal that killed itself, suicide as it were... so no sin on you

this is what they do around here they cut the legs tendons, it collapses then they beat the fuck out of it, with hammers cut its throat whilst still alive, its pretty horrific to witness, and can not see myself going down that route.

Hazz will look that way up on the net, though i suppose i would much rather have the gun as the locals will no doubt be around and think its some kind of new drug and want to get involved. LOL

^I am unaware of anyone using nitrogen asphyxiation commercially, because whilst it is very humane, it would be seriously easy accidentally kill yourself without noticing too.

What is about thai's? they get all love dove... you must not kill, harlm or hurt anything.... until you see the need to do so, at which point go for something that breaks as many of these rules as possible.

I find the use the routine use of strychnine to kill strays, when they decide they need to control numbers. I cannot think of a more unpleasant and slow way to kill anything, worse than the abattoirs you describe.

Peter i tend to think a gun could do more harm than good, could also kill someone else, and defeating the point of being able to kill the beast myself for a better profit margin, and also possibly going into the slaughter business myself, helping locals getting a better profit to for there livestock.

Thais can be a cruel old bunch, some Farangs even do it for fun but say "We did this because one of the students has to go to the hospital so we sold the meat to cover the costs."

Hazz TY for that, i just got back to UK, and was going to look into buying here, though as you imagine, getting it sent over good course a problem or two, and bringing it over on plane also, A airline would not even let me bring over a plastic Toy gun for my son a couple of years ago, so hopefully there will be a way around it. the company may know someone who sells in Thaland

Hazz i emailed the guy, and got a response, though i will be looking else where a little nearer the time of returning.

I have been told that its ok to bring back as they are not considered a gun in the UK, and have been advised to contact the Airline and tell them its a veterinarian tool will let you know nearer the time.
