Well not exactly a farm, just a block amidst farms and mountains.

It is located pretty much where the circle is in the pic, inbetween mountains, 500 meters from the Kaoh Yai park entrance gates on Pak Chong side.

Wet season creek with a pond in it, all season river 500 meters away for the kids to swim maybe.

8 rai, very nice location and I have an awesome house designed already for it. Hopefully will get around to building it end of next year.

According to locals this little valley gets very very cold. So will be nice to live there eventually.

Bugger, just saw 'bought the farm' title already taken, someone can change a tad if they like. posted it already, solly.

Thanks, shame the vineyards do not produce very nice wines though.

Went to one of the main 2 and sampled their wines and to say they were discusting would be a compliment, even the missus did not like it and she is thai. She wanted to do the 'nice' thing and not make them feel bad and buy a bottle, I said no forkin way, she agreed, we bought some other fruit juice thing instead.

I am really looking forward to building here, the design will be outstanding and a showpiece home in the area.

Also for the kids it will be great and there is a very good...I think...school not far away for them, tad expensive, but huge and very few students considering size.

Donald...there are 2 large vineyards down that way from memory....at least 2 and I see the mexican/spanish looking joint is now open for biz, it was packed when we went past last time.

Can meet up one day when we up there if you like. We are only travelling up there when required at present, would like to plan to move there by May next year, not sure yet though.

Thanks AG....tis a nice and tranquil setting, great spot for quiet sex....but my missus ain't quiet.....thats gunna be a problem.

Hmmmm....remember reading a thread on TV about that !!
