Wondering if anyone is interested in Lam Yai farming here?
I bought a plot of land near Li a few years back.
It is around 7.5 rai and has 170 or so mature Lam Yai trees growing on it.
What I am looking for is someone that is nearby to be able to generally take care of the land, nothing special, maybe one or two days a week - clear weeds, not even sure if I need them to water it yet, only to basically "secure" it.
What I thought was (the place is too far from me to travel regularly) if someone was to keep a general eye on the place, come Lam Yai season, maybe we could split the proceeds 50/50 or whatever?
I basically don't want too much involvment, all I really need is someone to keep an eye, maybe arrange for people to pick the Lam Yai, and split the profits

Anyone interested or know of anyone who might be willing to take a look.

I ma not going to waste money buying fertilisers etc, but maybe willing to shell out the 10K or so to provide water, however, the interested party would need to organize the watering schedule.
At the end of the day, I only need to keep the land in a reasonable condition, (to get chanote later) any income from the fruit is secondary, and also to keep my thieving fuc?ing brother in laws filthy hands off it!
It is an investment for my son for when he gets older.
Anyone interested, or any suggestions?
