So I am talking to my sister on skype and from the corner of my eye I see a snake swimming in my goldfish pond. The one I was in the day before cleaning the bottom.
Great!!
So I tell my sister about it and tell her that I am going snake hunting and will call her back.
The snake was not very aggressive and all it wanted to do was run away from me, but unfortunately it was not running out of my pond, and I did not want it eating my fish.
He was about 3 ft long and a good swimmer, I took all of my plants out and went after him with a fish net.
cough him/her and released it into the woods far away from our house
Upon my triumphant return to the house the wife who had stayed up on the balcony giving me advice as how to best catch the snake, tells me ithere is another snake in the pond.
WTF , in all my time in Thailand I have not seen a snake in my pond, and today two?
anyway so off I go after snake number two.
At this point let me add that my four dogs and cat are USELESS. You know what is less Useless than my dogs?
NOTHING. they just sat there and watched me. All they are good at is shitting and peeing everywhere. Oh they also occasionally dig up my flowers.
USELES!!!!
Anyway snake number two rums into my wet filter behind my waterfall. With my Leaf rake and at a safe distance i start to take out the bio-balls. by now I am thinking it must have got out when I was not watching . No way he could still be in there after all the commotion of taking all the bio-balls out. (two five gallon pails full)
Much to my surprise the bastard was still in there, and run out and into my waiting fish net.
By the way . Snake two looked different from the first snake, and to my untrained eye look more dangerous.
Anyone knows what kind of snakes they are?
