Don't know all the guys, can you give some commentary, RS?
Jet, these were the high-ranking military muckety-much that were principally engaged {with Pridi Banomyong} in the secret strategy that lead to the 1932 coup the dissolved the absolute.
Prime Minister/Military Dictator of Thailand from 1938-1944, 1948-1957. As well as one of the instigators of the People's Party which overthrew the absolute in 1932.
Though less of a resistence movement than a revolution, after years of a growing French presence, the Kingdom had it's fill of the pushy Franco-types - whom were just on the precipice of gaining a small foothold within the {Indochina} region. As there were plans to remove the French permanently, King Narai had pass before the wars and extended the duties of revolution to his daughter {only child} and formal Regent, Princess Kromluang Yothathep whom with advice from councillors ousted and slaughtered the French from Siam. King Phetracha took the throne soon after. There seems to be a bit of sketchy details as to whom Phetrach was related to {Royal bloodline}. His Mother was Narai's concubine and his sister was one of Narai's Queens. Nonetheless, these warring events were just the first in a long series of historical disputes with the French. Below is acting Regent, Princess Kromluang Yothathep and King Narai {both depicted by European artists}.
