My wife adores lamb, her favourite is Kleftico, Greek style.

i don't know if it is true, but i was told that that's how some aussies enjoy their lambs: "greek style"!!




jokes aside, it is hard to beat a good kleftico. the greeks really know how to prepare lamb.
