Ox or lambs tongue...Mmmmmm.
I've bought a few ox tongues at the markets here. It's the ONLY local beef worth looking at, they can bugger off with their meat. Pigs tongue too.
Khao Soi. A wonderful mild curried noodle soup. One of the delights of the north.
I still remember the first time I took my wife (then GF) to the Indian restaurant on Sukhumvit.... Ashoke, I think. She really liked the food. We had curries and I was amazed at how much food such a little woman managed to get into her.
I have always wondered about curry. I'm not fortunate enough to find a restaurant that serves it. Not even Japanese despite their popularity in Japanese television series. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places.
