Thread: False ceiling question.

One of the things on the list is to change the ceiling in the living room. There are 2 square recesses which are covered with what looks like asbestos sheeting; this makes the room look small as it presently sits flush with the tops of the doors. Above that is about 20 inches of spaces before you hit the concrete floor above.

Is fibre board available over here and if so is it reletively cheap to have done. The 2 areas are about 4 mtrs square approx.
