Got the call last night.

Me pooper is broken. :/

Checked it out this morning, and with much prodding, poking and up close photography, I had to agree that it was definitely crocked.

Some sleuthing resulted in the ID: American Standard TF-4793

The tenants seems okay, given that they can't flush the toilet and it doesn't hold any water, but might as well get it sorted.

Issues:

Doesn't hold any water, it immediately flows down into the bowl.

The flushing mechanism - 2 fancy-dancy buttons on top for half flush and full flush are about as useful as Man City in the 90th minute of a semifinal.

Diagnoses:

Foked.

Will moonwalk over to Homepro after me morning massage and see wot's wot.

Q:

I only want the top part that holds the water, not the entire unit that's attached to the floor. Can only buy that part at main stores, or are forced to buy an entire new shitter?

homepro come and install it, right? Something like a 500-1000 charge if it's under 5k baht or something?

If the TF-4793 is out of production, do all toilets have the same mounting dimensions? It's connected to the bowl part by two big bolts, these are the same distance apart on all toilets or do they completely poop you over by different models not being interchangeable?
