Thread: House Renovation. Uthai Thani

This is a photo of our house from 8yrs ago. It has been empty for the last 6yrs and the termites and weather have taken their toll. Roof was close to collapsing from termite damage.
Our niece recently moved in due to job loss, so we thought it was time for a few repairs. I intend to retire next year, so want to make it comfortable for some extended stays.


First thing is a new steel roof.
