the outside pool area and sala turned out real nice.
kitchen is ok, the owner dosnt cook much and didn't want a flash kitchen.
main lounge looking back to the kitchen.
bedrooms and hallway.
kitchen looking at laundry and storeroom, laundry pic and storeroom pic
outside looking at main entrance, and outside shower.
well that's it for this build, a thoroughly enjoyable build and I think it came out pretty good. the owner is happy at least.
thanks for watching.
Hi Splitlid, what is the rough cost per m2 for something similar to this if I was to employ you for the build?
I didn't realise you had posted this final round-up of pictures .
There I am chastising away and I don't even check !!
Well ..... apart from the frigging banana ........it's lovely work again Splitlid . As usual.
It's a shame to spoil it by bringing THINGS into the place .
Things such as human beings , and socks , and dogs , and bread crumbs .And bananas and ants.
But a lovely house and EXCELLENT quality photography all the way through .

NB:
Seeing this finished made me look back at the whole job .
It is of course excellent but what now strikes me most is how the whole design is inward-looking. Everything centres around the pool .
The loungers - the sala - all the rooms are off the central pool area as though the owners have no interest in what goes on outside . And don't want to see.
Which is fine ...... but it's very unlike the Thai thing of hanging around outside and shouting " Phenn Ayy ? Bayy Doowyye ? " at every passer-by. Indeed Missy - instead of hiding in this inward way - would like me to build a tower with a luxury room and a telescope at the top so she doesn't miss a single thing going on .
Perhaps a loud hailer too .
The design -- and the photos -- are lovely .
But I am imagining sitting out there on a lounger reading a book perfectly at peace but feeling a little claustrophed after a few days of it .
Or maybe years.

Nice build, I like this style of house, however, having lived in thai houses the one thing i would change is those glossy tile death traps, the slightest amount of water on them and your going down.
