sometimes, when opening windows explorer 8, or certain websites including teak door i hear 2 mixed voices that explain to me how to clean my cache and cookies. One voices is loud and clear, and explains how to do this in ie8. the other voice is softer and more in the background, and explains how to do this in firefox. It's actually the same 'person' but with two different 'stories'. the message sounds like a tutorial and lasts about 40 seconds.
its not malware or a virus, i have checked thoroughly.
i have looked this problem up on the net, it has been reported many times over the past 2 or 3 years but have not found any answer as to what is causing it, other than you can get rid of it by disabling google toolbar, which is true, but i use google toolbar and dont want to disable it permanently. i have reported it to google via their help facility, but the buggers have not replied.
here is the actual message, i found it on you tube, it comes from google tutorials. i only get the sound, not the visuals
any thoughts or ideas on what is causing this. its a nuisance, i have to make sure the sound is muted every time i turn my computer on otherwise i get blasted with that annoying american prick and his "helpful" message.
windows 7 home, ie 8.
