This is from a Slashgear page here (the poll is on the RHS) and I think it makes interesting reading, given that all of Apple's polls constantly tell us their loyalty ratings are in the 70's somewhere.

And I don't think Jobs' death is going to swing it - the 4S simply does not stand out apart from possibly the Siri contextual stuff.
