    Keyboard help please

I use a desktop PC with windows 7

My keyboard and mouse is wireless Logitech and works fine..

I have a second keyboard for my thai wife to use with Thai letters, so i have pluged it into the usb port in the front of the PC and it did the download thing itself , all is good ...BUT it is still in english letters, I wish it to type Thai for my wife to e-mail her family and friends ..

Please any help in changing it over , I had a good go ,but my knowledge is limited in this stuff.
Regards and thanks for you help

In your Start Menu "Search Programs and Files" box (at the bottom), type in "keyboard language" and wait a min. while it completes, then select "Change keyboards or other input methods".

But I think it's limited on the cheaper versions of Win 7. Do you know which version you are running?

It should tell you on the boot splash screen.

You have to add Thai as a language to you computer. Look at the control panel and add Thai as a lanbuage. On the bar at the bottom of the screen there is a (EN) click on this and then select Thai. but like I said you have add the language to your computer.

My work keyboard has both english and Thai characters. Both languages are installed on the computer, and I toggle between the two languages using the langauge bar at the bottom of the screen. Easy peasy. Like said - you need to install Thai language pack on your computer though.

I think when you set the "Change keyboards or other input methods" option, the dialogue to add other languages is there.

In fact it is. And I just found out that you can type "Change keyboards" into the Search box and it will take you straight there.
