Was Teakdoor off for a bit?

When I came home and turned on Teakdoor I kept getting re-directed to a site saying it was parked.

    Anybody else see that?

I had some hiccups with it today and particularly trying to open my pictures in the gallery to copy and for some reason the programe would open up another picture.

And about an hour ago the website hung for about 5 minutes although I could open other programes.

    OK now.

I'm back on fine now. The site it was sending me too was seoparking.com (something like that) most of the writing was in german and there was a pic of a Chameleon.

FP: Seoparking is a dead zone to which I am occasionally redirected when my ISP goes off-line for a bit. Simply sends you there when you don't have a connection. Once your connection is restored, it goes away. And that is the TOTAL extent of my computer knowledge!

it seems to be the usual DNS issues that Thai ISP seems to be suffering from

use an outside DNS service and it will never happen again,

I used Open DNS and it made no difference to the problems I've been having.

it has been much better for me, of course it doesn't resolve the bad connection issue if you have one

When I have these kind of problems, I normally switch to Google's DNS servers.

    Using Google Public DNS

yep, another good public DNS, even though they are concerns about privacy with them

    Have you tried adult diapers?

Wasn't a DNS problem as the connection just hung, more likely an issue with the Server.

The only privacy concerns I have are related to sites that have my personal data. Since my ISP is already recording all of my site visits, I don't see why I should give a shit if Google are as well. I never read the adverts anyway.
