Connect your phone to your computer, drag and drop the files onto it. Or if your phone has an slot for external memory eg. Micro SD. Put the Micro SD into computer drag the files on it and then plug the card into the phone.

What format are they in and can your phone play that format?

Have you got the latest version of PC Studio? I think it can do conversion of a few filetypes.
