Do you mean for where you enter the incoming/outgoing server stuff?

If your email address is humbert[at]humbert.com for example then the server stuff is normally mail.humbert.com

I've tried that. You're sure I don't need an smtp address from TRUE. A friend keeps telling me I have to call TRUE but I don't think that sounds right.
    Thanks for the help.

    From here:

    True Internet : Member Service

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server : mail.asianet.co.th
    Incoming Mail (POP3) Server : pop.asianet.co.th

Edit: at the link there is an auto-configure thingy if you are at truemail.co.th

Depends on your package. I have to use Maxnet's smtp servers because I'm too cheap to buy their Premier package.

This one seems to test out OK (Thanks Slack) but the POP3 is giving me fits.

Try using that for the incoming server as well.
