Opening CUE file to change WAV to APE

I have a folder full of Leonard Cohen albums in APE, which I can play on FOOBAR, but that I cannot get track information for, so have to play whole albums. Boring.

How can I open the CUE file to change WAV to APE, which will apparently allow me to see and choose tracks.
