Offline browsers have been around for years and nowadays with everyone owning a laptop or netbook they are quite a good idea if you are traveling.
So first off download your offline browser from httrack.com, it's around 4mb so aint a biggie, now install it, start it up and click next, choose a project name, ie if it's about a plane hijacking book your going to read on your next flight you could call it "Terrorist guidebook", although probably "Book Review" would go down better, click next, enter the urls you want to download from, I done the Pattaya news and Phuket news, now click next, this can also be used on forums etc or just about anything.
Your browser is now downloading everything it can find from the sites you have entered, this is where you have to be a bit carefull, the url has to be exact in regards to the http://www. some don't use the www. anymore, also you should limit how deep your browsing goes, ie if you done a wiki page it would follow the internal links until it had downloaded the whole of the wiki website which may take a while on a slow connection, not sure where it is on this offline browser but there will be an option on how deep you want it to go.
Although the capture url probably finds the correct url, never bothered cliking that.
So now you have the biggest collection of porn or whatever to read through on your flight, click the folder you made and click the index.html file, (it should be the first one so you will have to scroll up to it, ie the first one under your folder you created), your browser will open and the website will be drawn from your pc.
