Need Commercial Internet... suggestions?

OK, I currently have Leased Line 2 meg in Ban Phe and pay 46,000 baht per month. And it is not that good. One problem is that INTERNAL THAILAND speeds may be great but international connections (I need connections with Korea and China) can be slow.

I just got a new contract that requires even more bandwidth. I am open to changing locations. So if I am in Bangkok is there a better connection? Or?

Any suggestions on where I can get great international bandwidth and good service? right now I am going to make this work in Thailand but longer term i could move offshore--would the Philippines be any better? or another location?

Any experts out there?
