Free Memory cleaner - That Works!!

I discovered this program by chance, and its a freebie - freeware, not time limited, not a trial.

I won't go into much detail here as I would only be reproducing the review on the site I,m suggesting you visit.

Many programs 'leak ram' and this little prog. addresses this.

A certain well know browser, is said to be notorious in this respect.

The name of this program: ''Cleanmem''

You can schedule this to cut in regularly, mine is set in 1 min intervals, and I've noticed a big difference in my available ram.

Sorry, forgot everything about Windows 10 years ago; just remember the last command to erase this crap from my hard drive.

I was a novice then and could have saved some time just typing fdisk /dev/hda -> d -> 1 in the fdisk interface. Nobody's perfect.

This program does not 'wipe' your Ram!

What is does, is to ensure, that inefficeint programs that 'leak ram' are optomised, and this effectively gives you more available Ram. At least this is my understanding. Read the info on the site.

Whilst memory programs such as this free Ram, there is no substitute for adding more.

I found my available Ram (I have 2 gig) increased by 10/15%.

Whilst you dont need to have it cut in every min (and you wont notice it) this will increase your available Ram continually, useful, when you are using memory intensive programs surely??

I am sometimes of the opinion, that some of the posters on this forum, use a small amount of thier processing power when posting.

It would appear that some could do with a re-boot!

format c: is the command to erase your entire c: drive, which is where your windows system is located.
