What happens when you try and boot with windows boot manager ?

Your 500 gig hard drive may have started failing which has caused corruption of the boot manager

It's just had a new hard drive 16gb ram for £100, still under warranty.
The actual think pad is about 8 years old.

a new SSD from amazon for 50 great british pesos , a USB external 2.5 inch enclosure for 10 GBP , 15 minutes watching youtube on how to open the laptop

24 hours opening the laptop , taking out the old HDD and installing SSD and cleaning the dust out , closing the laptop and installing windows on the SSD and the old HDD in the enclosure and copying your downloaded MM porn clips back to the laptop
