UTorrent Blocked by ISP?

Been having problems downloading torrents. I do it in town at the local watering hole.
With 3BB torrents stop downloading at 3PM, at which time you get nothing. Went to another place that has True, and couldn't get nothing at all even though it was in the morning while I was waiting for my wife to get finished shopping at the market.
With 3BB I can get a few torrents between 2 and 3 PM at which time it stops.
My Samsung phone does however seem to avoid this problem, but does seem slower around 3PM. Anyone else experiencing This?

It depends on the package, true air card blocks all large downloads, went through it last month, back and forward.
They denied blocking torrents over and over, in the end,think it was any download over 20 Mb was blocked.

I doubt that downloading a few TV series at the MAX speed of 1 MB would be hogging the internet.

I'm fairly certain you maxing out their meagre internet bandwidth to download your telly is fucking up the Wifi for everyone else.

We had 3BB internet hooked up to the house in CM in November, 600bt a month unlimited download and very fast. I usually use UTorrent and KAT and had no trouble downloading movies, tv shows etc day and night. Averaged about 4 gig a day.

3BB finally pulled cable into our area a few weeks ago. We now have good internet. Only been waiting 10 years for it. No problem torrenting. Also installed Kodi for my son's computer following the directions from the Kodi thread on this forum. As for the one's insulting me, all I can say is fuck you.

Try installing Kodi on your computer and hooking up to your TV, then you wont have to download films

I plan on doing that, but first I need a new laptop, mine is 8 yrs. old and can only handle XP, it has no HDMI. My son's PC has windows 7 and was built for gaming initially with a large flat screen and can handle what he throws at it,and it can easily handle Kodi. His TV is mainly used for PS 2 and PS 3 games, and Torrents.
