Thread: Internet speed in LOS (and abouts)

I faced very low speed and it got useless... 140ms ping -0.3 up and 0.2 down, the plan is for 8mb i believe.
Contacted supplier, PLDT and within 72 hours as they promessed, they fixed it online, no visit at our place was necessary.

I had similar problem few years ago with another supplier that had to come to our place and installed a booster for us, me and some neighbor at end of line.

Now i get 14ms ping 5.8 up and 0.8 down, i wrote results back and complained about down value, their answer is this :

Sorry for the delay, FoReMe. We regret to inform you that your subscribed plan is asymmetric internet service which means the upload and download bandwidth do not have the same speed. Hope this will help. Thank you.
