Checked in tools and it is turned on...

I have a cheaper lunina , 635 or something , which i'm not too impressed with at all.
In fact I recently factory reset it, and then tried to download the new windows 10 beta . As it cannot be worse than the windows phone 8 but I kept getting stuck at 52 % download .
I gave up and now i'm just using it as a camera which is good.

Use the volume keys.
