Can I use iCloud to load pics to TD thread? If not what is the easiest way? I have a lot on the boat refit. I mean a lot.

you can load them from anywhere they are hosted

i know you can load them from picassa and what not

would be a hell of a lot easier if you could load them from pc direct but the top boys don't want to know

Well I thought I was ace. Figured out how to load pics from iCloud. They load they are displayed. Then one by one disappear? I repost them on the same page. They show up and then bugger me start to become the little blue squares with a ? in the middle?

Any thoughts

I have done a thread before, it takes time. Sooth sayers talk about using photo bucket. Mid says ICLOUD is unstable.

I am heading to a place where I will pay for Internet by the min. Where high speed means how fast you crank the handle!!!

I can post on other sites. No problem. Here it is this pre 486 mentality. Just to add to my confusion. Some photos load for an hour, a day a week? So ids someone doing a numb ron me or am I ( as I have often suspected) a complete moran with technology.

After ALL. I SPENT A GOOD PARTT OF MY CAREER telling folk that technology was going to make our lives simpler. ON TD it does not.

Rant over. We will resume normal programming as soon as possible.

Strange that a site should need another site in order to facilitate a photo post..ah well...

Maybe you should think about setting up your own web site for your refit and cruising story..a good few freebie hosting and builder sites out there. Personally would love to see it!
Alternatively just use FB or?

THEN if you still want to you will be able to just drag and drop pics into TD posts.
