do we have any satellite television experts here ?

if you have a dish and LNB what would be a recommended decoder to buy to be able to do whatever you desired within the laws of physics and receive satellite television broadcasts ?

I remember people talking about dreaboxes etc in the past which you would connect to the internet to allow your encryption setting to be updated when needed , but what other units are out there ( how much for a chinese copy ) and what is needed to be done ?

any links about setting things up would also be appreciated
