AIS one 2 call 3g help

I cant seem to navigate their website, all these stupid pop ups, can someone link me to a page where I can top up her sim card for 1 month with somewhere around 3gb data allowance. It's for a galaxy tab

If I read the site correctly you need a Net Sim "card".

As you say the site is very perplexing.

Dunno why a net sim differs from a normal sim though

Normal is for guys like me. No access to the net. If I put my sim card in your phone it would be as stupid as mine is. But both would go ding a ling if somebody called.

Why not take the card and the tablet to the AIS shop and get one of their techs to do it for you, they speak good English and they are OK at what they do in my experience.

Those are the 2100mhz codes. If you have the 'older' 3G, the codes are different.

i did call them on 1175, she spoke good english too and theyve sent 2 notifications of what to do to the tab, one was to change the network to 5003 or similar, however that sim aint having it. So, I guess i should have bought the net sim

the woman just rang me back and activated the tab on 900 instead of 2100, which is better really as i mainly want if for google maps in the car.

And that 2100 while faster doesnt cover outside Bangkok.

Pretty simple affair then really and took less than 4 hours

I decided to change to True Move after 10+ years with AIS,had a few problems getting 3G to work.Lots of swearing, dialing numbers, listening to help line a few beers shouting at automated help line, shouting at Gert.
Gave up went to True Move shop on Rama IV job done in 16 hours,no problem.

The other problem with AIS is they are sneaky abour the auto renewal. You gotta go into their office to cancel a plan. Overall the AIS 3g is crap. I switched to Truemove and is much better.
